Worked in the Digital Picture Editorial and Video Transfer departments under Eric Rigney, head of DPE. Assisted the Avid Techs, online editors, layback, & captioning operators.
Apple - Mac Specialist / GYO Genius (June 2007 - January 2009)
Sold computers / provided technical support in an Apple Retail store. On a regular basis I answered questions regarding all facets of personal computing. From time to time I also trained customers on the Final Cut Suite as part of the One to One personal training at Apple Stores.
